This office is a rip off. They overcharge for their services. When you try to get information regarding what the charges would be with insurance this individual was told don’t worry it won’t be that much. After insurance they are still being charged close to $200.00, they didn’t even adjust or do anything other than take x rays. To add salt on the wound they wanted to charge an additional $40.00 just to review the X-rays. When asked for a refund they were told Someone may get back to you, in other words they won’t.

I've been going to Matz Family Chiropractic for several months now, and have enjoyed the front desk staff and the doctor. Nice, friendly environment. However, the last time I went there 2 days ago, I was shocked by the hard and abrasive attitude of the Covid-19 screening lady at the entrance. My kids both have serious and documented cognitive/developmental issues and should never wear a mask. She refused to let them enter without a doctor's script (and we've gone there many times in the past few months without a mask or a doctor's script). My kids were refused service and had to go back out to

They do a great job of helping you with your problems. They don't do the "crack your back and you're done" routine, but try to assess the best course of action. They keep up with the latest research and techniques. They also give evening classes to help you learn the science and how to supplement your treatment. I have seen quicker improvement and relief than compared to other previous treatment.
