Called in for appointment to get nail tips filled and color change. Lady gave me appointment. I go and girl starts on my nails and after awhile asked if I had nail tips. I said , yes that's what I'm here for. Well guess what???? They don't do those. So they can't fill in tips. Poor young girl, I let her butcher my nail. Broke two tips half way off.
Unbelievable that this owner made me an appointment for something they didn't do. She sure charged me like they did the job I wanted!!!!

Finally had my first manicure since the pandemic started! It was very much needed and Hannah took her time and made sure I was happy throughput the whole process. She was also fun to talk to!

Needed a mental health pick me up so went to Facet, a salon near me, for a long overdue haircut. I was feeling a bit frumpy working from home since Marchyou can only do yoga pants & messy bun for just so long.! The staff is great and very attentive. Rachelle pampered me, listened to what I wanted and I walked out feeling great and loving my new hairstyle! Best salon around! Highly recommend!
