Language in Motion is an interpreting agency providing professional and qualified American Sign Language interpreters to Louisville, Kentucky and surrounding areas. We value the Deaf community and strive to provide them a voice both figuratively and literally. Our staff has been in the interpreting profession for over a decade and has gained valuable experience in matching Deaf individuals with interpreters.
Ideally, we let the Deaf individuals choose their interpreters from our team based on their personal preference and experience with our interpreters. We want everyone to feel comfortable with the entire process and confident in the outcome. We strive to stay connected to the Deaf community to foster a relationship of trust.

Language in Motion is owned and operated by Molly Howard, a nationally certified ASL Interpreter. Molly is assisted in this endeavor by fellow nationally-certified ASL interpreter, Sherri McGannon. Molly and Sherri work diligently around the clock to ensure the Deaf community's needs are met with qualified interpreters.

100% of requests were filled with interpreters who met state and/or customer qualifications. We gained 37 new customers this year, many of those through word-of-mouth or direct Deaf request. We have had very similar statistics for the past 3 years. We are growing, but maintaining our vision for Language in Motion to be an ethical, reliable, and excellent interpreting agency.
