We are a small-batch coffee roaster located in the tri-state area of northwest Kansas, serving our community since 2012. We roast four-pound batches of coffee beans daily, and we never serve our coffee beyond seven days after it is roasted. This was the platform upon which the name Fresh Seven Coffee was founded.
Fresh Seven Coffee began in a 1998 Haulmark trailer, re-purposed into a traditional espresso bar, and parked on the "main" street of downtown Saint Francis, Kansas. Fresh Seven has evolved into a fully operational hand-crafted espresso and cocktail bar, cafe and community center offering locally-sourced food and beverage options Monday through Saturday.

We need more desserts in our lives that don't weigh you down, making you feel as if you have a food baby, or the sugar-sweats in 100-plus degree weather. So this is where the Raspberry-Lemon Tartlets come in. We did a thing. And we feel pretty good about it, so hopefully you will, too. As you may already know, about a month ago, we decided to start making our dairy-free yogurt for the F7 Muesli, in house.
