We cannot get off schedule, the next trail expects departure on their scheduled time. The Golf Course has six different tee box placements to fit all golfer ability levels of play.
The goal is to allow every player, when playing from the correct tee box for their ability, to play par golf. The course is 3,365 yards from the longest blue tees for 9 holes. These units have a master bedroom, a loft with 4 single beds, a futon in the living area that makes into a double bed, total sleeping accommodations for 8 people.

Make sure if crossing new covered bridge that you do not go over the maximum weight limit for new bridge including towing vehicle and trailer. If Using GPS for navigation be careful as, Ingalls road does not have bridge to cross the Flat River near the Ranch where road ends.
If coming on I-96 get off at Ionia to M-66 North to M-44, or Lowell exit and go North road name changes a couple of times, however just keep going North road will become Lincoln Lake Road, go to Six mile to the East.If traveling on US 131 take the exit to connect to M-44 East to Whites Bridge Road to South.

All River Trips are Based on Averages (length of time most renters take on the river) and Normal River Depth. Starting Below the dam at Belding 6 miles back to the Ranch in a canoe or kayak 2 1/2 hours. Canoeing the Flat River is a simple novice stream with no rapids to worry about the inexperienced with young family members aboard.

Free Golf For Senior Golfers weekdays Before Noon in Season with purchase of $6 coffee and roll. The Golf Course is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the countryside, and take in the beauty of the day. Golf carts are all electric drive allowing for a quiet tour of the course. The Iron Horse course offers players, six different tee boxes to fit all levels of players.

You are able to pick out a campsite or choose a Chalet or Bunkhouse after looking at the map. Relationships to total area are difficult as the map is showing the entire Resort which covers nearly 300 acres, it is a large property. Over 4,000 ft of Flat River Frontage. The Iron Horse Golf course is not shown as it lies West of Whites Bridge Road across from the main entrance.
