United Courier drivers and dispatchers are required to complete specialized medical courier training based on industry best practice standards to maintain specimen integrity during transport. Drivers and dispatchers are also required to complete HIPAA and Bloodborne Pathogen safety training to ensure the safety and security of customers and patients.

Through our own fleet of independent contractor drivers and a network of courier partners, we serve major markets daily in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Illinois, Michigan, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Georgia and Florida.
