Beltway Home Inspections
With our comprehensive experience, we'll share our knowledge to give you the tools you need to make an educated buying, selling, or home maintenance decision. Pre-purchase inspections are always recommended when buying real estate. It doesn't matter if the house is newly constructed or settled, an inspection by Beltway will give you a good idea of the overall condition of your potential home before you purchase.

Post-settlement inspections are also beneficial if the home inspection contingency was waived in an effort to win a contract. The inspection is the same as a pre-purchase but is more for your peace of mind than as a decision making or negotiating tool. Competitive bidding may force buyers to waive the home inspection contingency to make their offers more likely to be accepted.

Meet The Inspectors
Report
As a Professional Home Inspector, I am determined to perform all of my inspections with the utmost quality, integrity, and thoroughness. I understand that buying a home is probably the most expensive purchase you will ever make. Having the property inspected is an important step in the process. This is the time to have the overall condition of the house and it major components evaluated by an impartial third party.
What's Inspected
Report
We spend the time necessary to evaluate all accessible areas of a house to provide as much information as possible for you to make an informed decision moving forward. Service drop, service entrance conductors, cables, raceways, service equipment and main disconnects, sub panels, grounding, bonding, breakers (including arc fault circuit interrupters), switches, outlets (including ground fault circuit interrupters), smoke detectors.
Faq Home Inspection
Report
A home inspection is an objective visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a house, from the roof to the foundation.

The standard home inspector's report will cover the condition of the home's heating system; central air conditioning system (temperature permitting); interior plumbing and electrical systems; the roof, attic and visible insulation; walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors; the foundation, basement and structural components.
Faq Radon Testing
Report
Yes, testing for Radon is the only way of telling how much is present and if remediation is necessary. We utilize E-perm canisters for short term Radon testing as part of the real estate transaction and for general informational purposes. There are no known safe levels of Radon gas and exposure to high levels over time can cause health issues.

There's nothing like coming home and warming up next to a roaring fire during the long, cold months of winter, or even chilly evenings in any season. Long commutes to work in the cold and the increasingly short hours of daylight in the fall and winter are made more bearable by the comfort and familiarity of family gatherings by the fire.
