History
Report
The house was constructed by Leo and Dorothy Brom when they returned home to Winona following World War II, and is currently owned by their son Erik and his wife Jodi. Erik remembers his folks saying they got the idea for the house while they were living in Cleveland and sketched the original design in the sand on the beach.

We are committed to cleanliness and the safety of our guests. We have always prided ourselves on our cleanliness, and have received many complements from our guests. But now we have enhanced that due to the current situation. We are following established protocols and are doing extra cleaning and sanitizing between guests.

We love to hear from you! Contact us anytime with questions, to set up a tour or make a reservation and we will get back to you very quickly. Once you are on 5th street NW of Pelzer, proceed about 5 blocks until you see the sign for Goodview. In Winona, the house numbers will be in the 1800's. When you enter Goodview, you are now on 6th St., and the house numbers are in the 3600's (long political story about this)!
