Terrace View Rooms are our most economical rooms. Our first floor Oceanfront Standard Rooms are a little bit pricier and our second floor Oceanfront Premium Rooms are our most expensive rooms with the best ocean views. We found Seaside Inn accidentally; walked in, got a great rate; meant to stay only one night but stayed two.
We have three waterfront Cottages and Houses adjacent to our property that we rent for the individual owners. My wife and I came up here to celebrate our one year anniversary and our stay here was absolutely wonderful. The owners and the staff are very wonderful and gracious.

Trish and Ken Mason are America's only 9th Generation Innkeepers. Trish's family has been innkeepers at The Seaside since 1756, nine generations going back to her great-great-great-great-great-great-grandfather Jedidiah Gooch who bought the inn from a cousin. As was the custom at the time, the Inn was passed down for generations to the first-born son.

The Seaside Inn is located at the junction of Beach Avenue and Kennebunk Beach! We are directly on Kennebunk Beach and just one mile from Dock Square with its unique shops, restaurants and galleries. Exit #25 Directions: Take the Maine Turnpike (I-95) North to Kennebunk Exit 25. Go left on 35 and left again on 35 back across the Maine Turnpike.

Our rates vary based upon room type selected and season. Midweek rates are generally less expensive than weekend rates. Winter season offers the least expensive season and our most affordable rates. Summer is our highest demand season and Spring and Fall rates are moderate between peak summer and off season.
