Professor Ruben is a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Professor Hans Thompson. Professor Ruben comes from a Jiu Jitsu family where his wife and two of his children train Jiu Jitsu on a regular basis. He believes that Jiu Jitsu is a metaphor for life and that it can teach many valuable lessons and introduce you to many great people!
