
Melissa K. Hancock limits her practice to the areas of family law, estate planning and probate. Practicing since 2003, Ms. Hancock has extensive experience and has honed her skills in these areas. Ms. Hancock obtained her board certification in Marital and Family Law from the Florida Bar in 2016 and is currently one of only two board certified attorneys in Marital and Family Law in Ocala, Florida.

Melissa K. Hancock was born and raised in Panama City, Florida. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Florida State University in 1997. Ms. Hancock taught fourth grade for two years and assisted with writing the curriculum for a conflict resolution program for grades K-5.

Originally from the Bronx, New York, Julianne relocated to Central Florida in 1995, where she currently resides with her husband and two daughters. Since 2010, she has worked in various areas of law including Family Law, Probate, Estate Planning, Workers' Compensation and Bankruptcy. Julianne obtained an Associate of Science degree in Paralegal Studies, with honors, from Rasmussen University and became a Florida Registered Paralegal in 2021.
