Wag Heaven was created when husbands Jusak Bernhard Yang and Jeffery Manley wanted to continue the legacy of their award-winning chain of pet supplies stores, tailspin. Jusak and Jeff had sold their stores when they moved from Savannah, GA to Georgetown, TX to be closer to family and to help with their ailing father.
After their father sadly passed away, they felt it was time to reopen their stores. But they didn't want to have the exact same concept and that's when Wag Heaven was born.
