Services
Chimney Cleaning
Our chimney cleaning service includes thorough removal of creosote and debris by CSIA-certified technicians with at least 15 years of experience. We use HEPA vacuums and tarps to prevent dust contamination in your home. The process takes approximately one hour and includes a basic inspection to identify potential issues.
Chimney Repair
We address structural and functional chimney problems including leaks, damaged liners, flue dampers, and masonry deterioration. Our team handles code violations, animal entry prevention, and historical restoration projects. Services include waterproofing and flashing repairs to ensure long-term durability.
Chimney Inspection
Our inspections follow NFPA 211 standards with Level 1, 2, and 3 options. CSIA-certified technicians evaluate chimney safety and functionality, using video scanning for internal assessments. Inspections identify necessary repairs and ensure compliance with safety regulations for home sales or insurance requirements.
Chimney Liners
We install and replace chimney liners using UL-listed stainless steel piping. Our technicians address damaged clay tile liners caused by water, age, or chimney fires. Proper relining ensures safe venting of combustion byproducts and prevents carbon monoxide infiltration into living spaces.

Our construction services include new chimney builds and complete reconstructions. We specialize in outdoor chimney installations for patios and pool areas. Projects follow local building codes and incorporate durable materials for long-lasting performance in residential and commercial settings.

Received estimate from oil company's chimney company for $7000+ but preferred local company that I have used 5 times before (including new liner). But Company charges $150 per chimney just to give estimate. Apparently not interested in work.

I am so happy that this company was recommended to me, and I will be recommending them to anyone who will listen! They are extremely helpful and reasonable! Not a company that will sell you something you do not need, and I found them to be extremely trustworthy. I wish we could hire them to do everything in our home!

I have to say I was very concerned over picking a company to install my chimney liner, WELL....Ben the owner of Newtown Chimney is the most conscientious, hard working, do it right or don't do it type of person. He was on time, made sure everything was covered, and cleaned up after work was done. I would highly recommend him and his work. And to top it off he's a very nice polite, honest person, who really knows his business.

We bought our home over the summer and as it got cold we wanted our fireplace inspected and had noticed some cold drafts and occasional water dripping into the fireplace.

Ben came out in December and did an inspection, and gave us the OK to use the fireplace, but said that the draft and water issues would be fixable with a new damper at the top of the chimney (we had an old cast iron damper at the bottom) and having the outside of the chimney sealed so moisture would not soak through. He gave an estimate for both and said that if/when we were interested, to call. We have really enjoyed using
