Prior to founding Ludt Payroll, Geoffrey provided contract accounting and consulting services and began his career as an analyst at Smith Barney. Rachel believes integrity is the foundation of relationships. Prior to joining Ludt Payroll, Rachel built collaborative community music schools. Rachel is a mother of five and a teacher, she holds a bachelor's degree from Portland State University.

A native Oklahoman and proud graduate of UCO, Matt started working in HR from day one of his career. With more than 15 years in the profession, he worked in large corporations and small businesses before starting WhyHR in 2014.
