Prior to my surgical procedure, I met with many staff members for a pre-op physical over the course of several hours. The transitions between appointments were seamless and I had very little wait time. I was very impressed with the detailed information I was given on the surgery, dietary restrictions & expectations of me prior to & following the surgery. Every service provider was professional & patiently answered my questions in a manner I could understand. It was comforting to know I was in the most skilled, best hands during my surgery and the aftercare in the hospital. I have been to numerous

If I could give zero stars I would. Very disappointed and disgusted to hear from my elderly family member how poorly they were treated during their stay here. DO BETTER. If you need care, go somewhere else.

I can't begin to say how much I appreciate this place. was referred to crmc from the VA. The VA sent me to the wrong clinic. Crmc jumped thru hoops and got things organized. Today my hernia surgery went amazing. They took their time to make sure I understood everything that was gonna happen. Thank you for all you do. You folks are awesome.

Went in for a COVID vaccine and was told that it would be free. I received a bill for $39.61 for my first shot. If they can just lie about their prices like that, what other ways do you think they are over charging their patients? Clearly they have no conscience.

The ER and the Pediatrician both ignored my grand-daughters symptoms and sent her home with prebiotic drops. My daughter drove to Minneapolis Children's hospital and learned the baby had pyloric stenosis which required ssurgery.
