The seed for Offlake Realty & Rentals planted in the mind of founder Bob Orr early in his Real Estate career when he noted that many of his buyers wanted an affordable vacation home to stay in while they searched for a nice second home to purchase. Once they bought, a natural addendum was property management services to keep an eye on their home and to help with rentals.

Should you submit an online reservation you will receive a confirmation call within 2 hours or the next business day if after hours. Offlake Rentals offers 'self-check in' at most homes. Upon payment of your reservation total in full you will receive an email with directions to your vacation home, a unique 4-digit lock code, and our after hour's emergency phone #.
