Appointments
Report
If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please call to cancel so that that time can be reserved for another patient. Please try to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time so that you can complete your paperwork. If you are unable to talk to staff, please leave a message, and your call will be returned back the same business day.
Walk-In Clinic
Report
If you're feeling sick you may be wondering what to do about getting treatment. Should you see your regular doctor, or should you head over to an urgent care clinic or even the local hospital? If you are dealing with non-life-threatening health problems, the good news is that you can still come to us for the same general medical and dental care you always get but without an appointment.
Prescriptions and Refills
Report
Please have your pharmacy phone number and prescription number available when calling for a refill. We reserve the right to refuse to refill prescriptions for controlled drugs unless you have been seen recently by a doctor. We cannot prescribe medications or refills if you haven't been seen within a reasonable time period.
