We took my father-in-law to The Willows when we could no longer take care of him ourselves. Dave and the facilities staff did a great job of getting his room ready on short notice. The entire staff took excellent care of him and his many visitors. They made us all feel welcomed and lightened our load during a very tough time for our family.

I was very angry at the thought of moving mom from her own home. We took a tour and it was a beautiful place. Dave was so nice and answered questions. We moved moms stuff into her little apartment and Dave hung up everything so homey. Well its be 9 months and the staff is the best. They all go above and beyond to treat their residents like family. Mom has settled in so good. As long as she can play cards and can keep busy. Thank you Willows for being such a wonderful place for our loved ones.

My mother-in-law has recently moved into The Willows of Marshalltown, Iowa. I wish she wouldve done this a few years ago. She has gone from totally living alone and doing nothing, but watching game shows, and RFD and she would say these four walls dont talk, to being around people and having so much FUN! The staff is Absolutely Amazing! I have never seen so many people try so hard to not only make the resident happy but they take care of the whole family. Jennifer Stanley is an outstanding person. She has instantly answered any of our questions. She has been so supporting and helpful

Is anyone guaranteed tomorrow? We all know that answer is no. We also know God is in control. My mom found her life had changed paths. We found ourselves in the spiritual wilderness searching. We were led to the willows. A person knows they are on the right path, maybe nervous but there is a Peace. All the willows staff are so kind and helpful. Ben and Bob are made of strength and integrity. Jennifer full of wisdom and knowledge. Jen of intelligence and concern. Brenda sweet and giving. Christina compassionate and friendly. Mom has been at the Willows shortly after they opened 2.5 years ago. We have been very pleased with this facility. The apartments, food and activities are great. They have a caring staff and administrator. I highly recommend this location for your loved one.
