I was initially incredibly impressed with this office and its staff. Even after I was incorrectly billed, I wrote it off as just one of those things that happens in a busy office, requested that the bill be resubmitted to insurance, and moved on. Then I increasingly had difficulty scheduling appointmentsI work third shift as a nurse and, when I attempted to explain this to the staff and that a late afternoon appointment works best, she attempted to schedule me for a 1pm appointment which I declined since, as I dont even get home from work until after 9am, I would still be asleep. She sighed

Dr Mulder discharged me as a patient for having a collections balance...after I paid off the collections balance. Real nice.

I found Dr Mulder to be condescending and overall unhelpful. He put me on a medication with really bad side effects and made me feel like I was overreacting when I told him my concerns. Super short appointments, always left feeling worse. Do not recommend.

The first thing I want to say is about their cancellation policy. They charge you the ENTIRE cost of an appointment if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. If you have any other life obligations and cannot make this office your #1 priority, I suggest you find a different office that may care. The next issue I had was with Dr. Mulder. I went to him for a diagnosis and to start medications. The first appointment wasn't bad, kind of awkward, but not terrible. The next few appointments literally lasted less than 5 minutes. I expressed concerns with the medications that he

There are logistical and business issues, from unreturned calls to scheduling problems to billing problems (and always it seems at the client's expense), which just complete the picture of what these folks are about, but the core problem is the core of the practice - the psychiatrists. These are two doctors that have drunk the "chemical imbalance and I know all" coolaid, or rather gulped it without a sniff. They don't have a clue. They will, however, progressively try to bully you or threaten you into "complying" with their recommendations, or just drop you outright. I know two others that have

I was seen at this office once for a consult. I left feeling dissected and re-traumatized and I gained very little information or insight. Every patient-provider relationship is different and I can only speak from my experience but I will not be returning to this office.
