Allergy Testing and Immunotherapy
Report
Allergy is an immune reaction to contact with some substance touched, inhaled or eaten. The patient's immune system reacts to this substance by forming a "defense" mechanism. This defense can affect the patient's quality of life. Substances that trigger an allergic response are known as "allergens".
Chronic Sinusitis
Report
If you have persistent inflammation or swelling of the tissues that line your sinuses, you could have a condition called chronic sinusitis. Under normal circumstances, your sinuses are full of air, but when they get blocked and filled with fluid, viruses, bacteria, or fungi can accumulate there and lead to a sinus infection.
