Mommy & Me

Legacy offers fifty minute Mommy & Me gymnastics classes for boys and girls 18 months - 3 years old. Mommy & Me classes focus on the basics of gymnastics while also building body awareness, coordination, and self-confidence. Smaller scaled equipment is used to begin teaching gymnastics skills in a safe and fun environment to these tiny tots.

Legacy Gymnastics' Little Legends Program offers fifty minute to one hour recreational preschool classes for boys and girls ages two to five. Preschool classes include basic instruction on the bars, beam, floor, and vault. Preschool equipment is sized appropriately to the students to be less intimidating and prepare them for full sized equipment.

Girls gymnastics includes instruction on all four women's Olympic events: Bars, Beam, Floor, and Vault. Boys gymnastics classes include instruction on all men's Olympic events: High Bar, Vault, Floor, Pommel Horse, Parallel Bars, and Rings.
All Star Cheerleading

Legacy All Stars Cheerleading program is designed for cheerleaders ages 3 - 18 who are interested in cheering at a competitive level. Cheerleading encompasses Tumbling, Stunts, Jumps, and Dance into a single routine. Legacy offers a variety of different teams based on age and ability, allowing every child an opportunity to become a cheerleader.
