Nick Fontenot is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Fix My Phone opening it's first store in December of 2013. He leads the company's brand development, merchandising, & sales. Prior to that Nick served as a Regional Account Manager for Major Accounts at AT&T managing large corporate accounts from 2007 to 2009.

We recommend you backup your device before a repair. We are not responsible for any data loss due to the repair process. In some cases your device may require a reset or restore to its factory settings to complete the repair process. This can erase all or partial data on your device.
In order to diagnose your device, our certified technician needs to go through checklist to make sure nothing else is wrong with your phone before we start working on it.Also after repair we go through checklist again. We require a 50% down payment for us to order your part and as soon as it comes in we will call you to bring in your device and you will be up and running in no time!
