I had an appointment with Dr. Chase well over a year. I have silicone breast implants that are 46 years old and need removal. They are both leaking silicone into my body as well as the toxic chemicals that contained the implants. As a result of all these toxins in my body I am extremely sick. I met with Dr. Chase and described to him the symptoms I was experiencing. With no imaging studies or other tests they scheduled me for surgery. I called his office and asked what time I needed to be at the surgery center. They gave me incorrect information which made surgery for that day impossible. I called

I had gone to a couple of different consultations from different doctors around the city and I knew that the moment I stepped into Dr Chase's office, and met him and his friendly staff, that he was the doctor to perform my surgery. I had a suspicious biopsy at the dermatologist for a potential melanoma that showed up on one of my ears. Turns out, ears are difficult areas to operate on in order to get wide margins due to their particular anatomy. We chose Dr. McCord knowing that I had one shot at getting it done right and knowing my ear needed to be put back together after removing the offending spot and cartilage. We were so very pleased!!! She was very calming, most easy to talk to, and very competant. I was very pleased with the outcome ! I ended up having to have it done at the hospital, but it all went off completely

Amazing service. Dr. McCord is a true professional that cares for each and every patient as if they were family. I've had bad treatment at another doctor's office, and Dr. McCord repaired the damage that the other doctor had caused and ensured that everything healed well. Had a recurring spot of cancer on my nose. One butcher had already done office surgery and botched it. (Nurse Practitioner) It came back with a vengeance. Second butcher (Made appointment with another Doctor got a Nurse Practitioner) was going to do office surgery again. Luckily I refused and sought a referral. The "spot" they were going to remove turned out to be over 2cm in size and engulfed my entire nostril. Dr. McCord is FANTASTIC!!!! She caught the problem immediately, fixed it and accommodated my terrible work schedule. She made this horrible experience like checking into a 4-star hotel
