What types of transportation services do you offer?

We provide medical appointments, airport shuttles, special event transportation, hotel transfers, and grocery shopping trips with wheelchair-accessible vehicles.

Do you serve areas outside Buncombe County?

Yes, we serve Western North Carolina and surrounding counties. Please contact us for specific pricing outside Buncombe County.

How much do your services cost?

Our base fee is $40 within Buncombe County, plus $2.50 per mile and $15 for every 30-minute wait. We offer 15% off first rides.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash. Drivers cannot provide change for cash transactions.

Can I cancel my ride without charge?

Rides canceled with more than 24 hours notice receive no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours incur full service fees or 50% for quotes over $100.

Are your vehicles wheelchair accessible?

Yes, our custom-upfitted vehicles feature front-facing ramp entry, securement systems, and space for two wheelchair passengers with additional seating for companions.

Actually, you need a few more stars to properly review Loyal Lifts! Our experience, transporting my wheelchair-bound mom to the Arboretum for their Winter Lights show, could not have been better. Their vehicle was spotless, our owner/driver is a delight to meet, the rates were reasonable, and I especially enjoyed the opportunity to patronize this small, family run local business. Scheduling was easy and everything ran smoothly. There are not many other services quite like this in Asheville, so I was veey pleased to find Loyal Lifts!

My 91-year-old mother doesnt walk and she needed wheelchair transportation from the airport. I didnt quite know where to turn until a friend recommended Loyal Lifts, as she had known the owner for many years. Keith (owner and driver) responded immediately to all my communications. He is the most professional, accommodating, kindest, gentlest, and most helpful gentleman I could have ever imagined. He was professional, on time and very reasonable price. My mothers chair was very secure and she felt very safe. I will use his service again at the drop of a hat.
