Competitive Gymnastics

OOA Gymnastics has the ultimate facility and staffing for quality boys and girls competitive gymnastics programs. Our mission is to instill proper training habits in our athletes through repetition of developmental basics, progressions and proper psychological awareness. These habits we hope will carry over into all aspects of their lives.
Pre-Team

Our girls pre-team program combines our level 2, and pre-level 3 students together who are aspiring to become competitive gymnasts. This class meets twice a week for 1.50 hours. Our boys pre-team program combines our level 2 and level 3 students together who are aspiring to become competitive gymnasts.
Girls Team

OOA Gymnastics girls team is led by our Head Coach and Gym Owner, Mohini Bhardwaj. Mohini was the Women's gymnastics team captain for the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens. With elite coaching and a talented hard-working team, we are focused on producing Oregon State champions, that will be able to compete at the National level.
Boys Team

WE CURRENTLY DO NOT HAVE A BOYS TEAM -OOA Gymnastics is the only gym in Bend, Oregon to offer a boys competitive program. Our Boys' team programs constantly produce Oregon State champions, with our optional boys competing at the National levels. Our boy's program starts at age six, allowing our boys to compete at a young age in order to train high-level athletes competing for National exposure.
