Owner and Lead Transcriptionist/Translator Michelle DePorter transcribed her first tape in 1988, and continued typing as an independent contractor nights and weekends throughout her successful administrative career.

Standard turnaround times for English-language transcripts are 5 business days for up to 3 hours of audio or video to be transcribed, and may vary for projects longer than 3 hours.
