Our family-owned studio was founded by Alzine Cuppett, a former Rockette, and continues under the leadership of her daughter Amy Cuppett, who brings decades of experience as a student, teacher, and administrator. We specialize in ballet training using the Cecchetti method, alongside tap, jazz, modern, and acro-dance, taught by instructors certified by prestigious organizations like the Cecchetti Council of America and American Ballet Theatre. Ballet Training
Our ballet program follows the Cecchetti method with Russian and Italian techniques. Students receive technical training from beginner to advanced levels, including pointe work for qualified dancers. Tap Dance Classes

Alzine Cuppett
Founder
Founder of Cuppett Performing Arts Center, Alzine trained with Gene Kelly and performed as a Rockette. She established the studio in 1962, creating a family-friendly dance environment that became a community institution before her passing in 2012.

Current Artistic Director Amy Cuppett has led the center since 2002. With decades of experience across all studio roles, she maintains her mother's vision while advancing technical programs and community engagement initiatives.

Love CPAC!! Class act Studio, top-notch training, classes for all levels of students and all ages. 100% family friendly environment! This includes class content, age appropriate music, tasteful recital and other costumes, and appropriate choreography. Great Studio! Cant recommend CPAC enough.

Have been going to Cuppett for over 8 years. My daughter can't make it to dress rehearsal, because we have an unexpected trip out of town, and they inform me that she can't be in the recital. Waste of time and a lot of money. Their policy is no exceptions. Definitely lost a customer.

This place is possibly the very best local dance school I've seen. Teachers at Cuppett's know their stuff so that kids learn safely and beautifully. Many kids take lessons here from toddler all the way through high school. Some of those high school students dance so well you would be hard pressed to tell them from big-city professional dancers. It's wonderful to see the kids grow and develop over the years. Amazing!

Love the place, the staff and the teachers. The teachers are very kid friendly and make the kids feel very comfortable. Our first year at Cuppett's and i think we will here for many more.
