Made my appointments almost a month in advance. The day before my appointments they called and said I put them on for Monday yeah okay. These people cant comprehend scheduling let alone nails. My confirmation texts messages were also for the original day we talked about. Dont recommend to anyone. The simple stuff they cant figure out. Not about to trust them with my nails now.

Made a hair and nails appointment weeks in advance for a little girls birthday present. Walked in with an excited little one and it was cancelled with no notice. Perhaps if you had cancelled it even a few hours before we would be understanding. It is impossible to understate my dissatisfaction with your unprofessionalism.
