I am Andrew Torgerson, the owner and one of the inspectors for 360 Home check. I have a beautiful family with a supportive, hardworking wife and 4 amazing children. I have spent most my life in the construction field. I have jobs in all fields along with building houses from the sewer system and foundation to the finishing of a home.
Radon Inspection
Report
Our radon tests are taken by a qualified inspector. The tests take 48 hours and you receive your report right after we pick the machine up. The report will give you readings for every hour and average out it will also come with a graph to show you when radon was the worst. According to the EPA's 2003 Assessment of Risks from Radon in Homes (EPA 402-R-03-003) radon is estimated to cause about 20,000 lung cancer deaths per year in the USA.
Mold Inspection
Report
Outdoor baseline air sample must be collected as all home have a natural level of molds draw indoor from outside. Samples are sent to a accredited laboratory for analysis and a very detailed lab report is emailed 1-2 business days later. The highly detailed lab report will break down all types of molds detected and the associated spore counts, allowing you to determine if there a danger in your home.

Wow! I can't say enough about this company. They are professional, thorough, and have excellent customer service! I worked with Colton on two different properties and he did a phenomenal job. Andy is fantastic! He is my preferred home inspector and I refer him to all of my clients and other agents I work with. He is fast and very very thorough. His reports are ready and emailed immediately after the inspections complete with pics, serial numbers and recommendations for every inch of the house. He also does a wonderful job of walking though with the clients to show them anything important or small that they need to be aware of. Absolutely love Andy and will always recommend him.

Andy was both highly professional and personable.
The inspection was very thorough and he made sure he took the time to explain everything, as well as answer any questions I had. Even on things that were not part of the inspection but my hopes for future remodeling.

Andy was very professional and knowledgeable went the extra mile to check things for our new construction home. He was on time and not once did we feel like we were being pushed into more services. We will never use anyone else, if you are on the fence on who to have inspect your home do yourself a favor and call Andy there’s not a better peace of mind than knowing your home is sound and everything is up to par and safe. We will be recommending them for sure!! And to top it off he’s super nice and easy to talk to!!

Our Clients are always so pleased with the quality of the report that 360 Home Check provides, they rave about the report including serial numbers and warranty dates for their appliances. Fair pricing and great customer service. Andy was our home inspector and was incredibly helpful and nice. He takes the time to answer your questions and gives you sensible suggestions to fix the issues. As first time homebuyers you are kind of in the dark as to all of the things that need maintained and Andy was very helpful without making us feel like idiots for not knowing the ins and outs of water heaters/pipes/thermostats etc. Would absolutely recommend!
