I ordered a pair of pants online, and due to my ignorance as to how pants are measured, I ordered the wrong size. Unfortunately, the pants could not be exchanged, because I had the cuffs hemmed. At first, I was disappointed by the fact that I could not exchange the pants. However, David the owner, offered to tailor the pants at no charge and free shipping to keep a satisfied customer! Unfortunately, I had already taken them to a local tailor, so could not accept his offer. David then bent over backwards to accommodate me, and even offered to refund the pants. That is just amazing customer service

I went in today to return a suit. The suit was altered, which we paid extra for. That's fine. This suit was intended for a funeral, but was never worn, as it was discovered the individual wished to be cremated. They would not allow me to return the suit, because of the alterations. NOWHERE on the receipt or website does it say that you can't return if the item was altered. I would've even been fine with taking a percentage off, because of alterations. The return process, with or without alterations, should've been addressed on the receipt or website. It states the are 'happy to take returns within

Amazing service. Impressive quality.
I showed up right at closing time, and the gentleman was more than happy to stay and work with me to find the perfect suit for my style and budget. He also was very patient and helpful talking with my son who was along for the ride as I was working through the fitting process.
My suit looks great and I strongly recommend them.

What a great shop! For 30 years I have enjoyed everything from nifty socks to fantastic custom made suits. This is where I dress myself for the office, fancy events and a casual weekend. This is where I shop for gifts for friends and family.
But as good as the clothes are, the real value at H&H is the owner Dave Boone. He takes a personal interest in his clients goes beyond expectations to make each one look great. He gives his personal time and attention to make sure every customer is delighted and has fantastic experience. If you are not a client, you are missing a great opportunity!
