Ms. Nellie and all the staff cared for our dad like he was their own family. Ms. Nellie was so accommodating and worked with our father's doctors and was always a part of his team. Unfortunately, our father's battle with Congestive Heart Failure was unable to be defeated. But every minute our dad was in Ms. Nellie's care until his final breath, he was loved and cared for like a family member. Experiencing a parent pass away has been the most difficult thing our lives. When looking for a place for our father who wanted to maintain his independence, and get the help he needed from time to time we visited Cypress assisted living after checking friends recommendations. From the moment we toured the facility we felt welcome and appreciated, and dad is thriving and is quite happy. He says its the hospitality and how he gets treated with respect especially when he needs help. He feels seen and heard he says. Thank you for balancing the need for respect and the need for care.
