I have been patronizing the Art Attack since 2015 with my granddaughter. Our last visit on January 20, 2022, was horrendous! The lack of customer service was unacceptable. We were treated poorly and felt disregarded. First, we were sent home to paint the ceramics with insufficient paint. I drove all the way back from my home (25 miles one way) for more pain to have staff chase me outside to tell me they could not "fire them" (the ceramics) because we had used some paint that was not provided to us by them. This has NEVER been mentioned not to do previously. I had several calls

Took kid here today, was greeted by friendly staffer.
Kiddo picked out what he wanted to paint, and a couple colors as well. The staff member was very sweet and she took the time out to explain the process to us even though there is a sign on each table that explains the process as well, along with checking in on the other customers.
Kiddo is a bit younger so he lasted for about 30 mins and then was distracted by other things so we called it a day. We will absolutely be back due to the friendly employee ( I wish I memorized her name) , cleanliness of the store, good stock of products in to paint

Great place to come with friends! I came here with a party of 9 and we received excellent service. They were very accommodating for a large party and they did a great job at answering everyones questions about pricing and painting. The prices are very reasonable with all thats included, and everything was of good quality. Well definitely be coming back to do more!

I love this place- it's a childhood favorite! I came again after not being in since I was in middle school, and it was so much fun. I really like their all-inclusive pricing options now, because it allowed me and my friends to stay longer and work on our pieces. The establishment is clean and colorful, and the staff are extremely friendly!
