I bought the house in the subdivision; the subdivision is beautiful quiet peaceful. They are in the process of changing personnel which should result in correcting some deficiencies in building.

I own a home in Pine Dove and can attest that James is wonderful to work with. Was the home "perfect" when we moved in? No. Did they work with us until every issue was properly taken care of? Absolutely. This neighborhood is a large project, with many homes being built simultaneously. Every newly constructed home I have ever bought (3) has had a punch list. Pine Dove is no different than any other project, but they work to make you, the owner happy. I love my home and can't wait to enjoy the pool and meet all my neighbors who move in.

My wife and I have met with several prospective builders and by far have had the most pleasant experience at Pine Dove Farms. We met with James Jarrett. James clearly knows home building but perhaps more importantly genuinely cares about the families that will live in these homes. He listened to our needs and provided great solutions. This is a welcome difference from the one size fits all approach that we have encountered elsewhere. This development is a gem!
