Glacial Lakes Motorcycle Club is a loose knit group of motorcycle enthusiasts united at the grass-root level to improve motorcycling in the Glacial Lakes Region. We are an inclusive group and welcome all riders regardless of age, race, gender, brand or style of motorcycle or atv, on or off-road. G.L.M.C. seeks to promote motorcycling by sponsoring various motorcycle events.
Examples would be: Road Rally's, Group Rides, Trail Rides and Races. G.L.M.C. strives to improve the public perception of motorcyclists by donating it's spare time to worthwhile causes in the community. G.L.M.C. is AMA Chartered and encourages all riders to join the American Motorcycle Association.

GLMC monthly meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month at 8PM. Our current meeting location is the Perkins Restaurant at Hwy 81 & Hwy 212 in Watertown, SD. If you are interested in knowing more, come to one of our meeting or send us an email. There is a small additional fee with PayPal payments to cover our additional expenses for it.

The Open Road discussion area at the GLMC Garage is an area where anyone can visit and follow what's going on, but you have to register and login to create and reply to topics. Although this is an open discussion area, try keeping your posts related to motorcycling or club related content. You don't have to be a GLMC member to register and speak your mind here, but we may moderate if we feel your posts are off topic or violate forum rules.

To claim a bonus you must fill in the spot on the bonus sheet designated for that purpose. When the bonus instructions ask for a receipt, the rider must collect that receipt themselves. Riders may NOT use receipts for purchases that they did not make. In other words, dumpster diving for receipts is not allowed nor is it legal to have someone else collect the receipt.

The following are a few of the questions and answers about GLMC Road Rallies that come up fairly often. What is a Road Rally? A Road Rally as put on by the GLMC is more of an overgrown scavenger hunt. You will be given a multi-page list of places, each with a point value assigned. You will then sit down with your maps and figure out which of those places you want to visit in the time allowed.
