Upd. We finally got our money back in 2.5 months!
Weve rented a boat there 09/23/21 everything seemed great, but when it came to return boat and get the deposit back - we didnt get it! They said there was a problem giving our deposit ( 500$) back to the credit card we payed with. They also refused to give this amount in cash, but gave us a check and we can do just nothing with it in our country!! We tried to resolve this problem by contacting and dealing with our bank, but didnt succeed in almost 2 months. So easy they charged you and pretended impossible to give your money back! Be aware

This is a really cool place. My wife and I stopped by on our way through Arizona. The entire area is beautiful. The marina is just a few miles outside of the town of Page, AZ and is located on one of the branches of Lake Powell. From the road and parking lot, you can see signs and the gift shop buildings, but can't really see the marina from the road or from the parking lot. You have to park and walk past the gift shop and restroom buildings and you'll see a long walk way. It will take you to the restaurants and Marina areas. We highly recommend going in the off season. We went in early November

Some rude a$$ people work here. specifically avoid Jolene, that attitude needs an adjustment.
made us pay for three hours, then gave our boat away to someone else so we had to wait extra ~40 minutes just to get on the water. refused to give us a refund for the hour.
it's a waste of time and energy dealing with these people. only decent interaction we had was with the deckhand who himself thought the management was overly incompetent.
just go to Wahweap Marina instead

You can fish, rent a houseboat, or just look around. There is a restaurant there but it wasn't open when we were there. They have parking at the top and you call for a ride to the bottom. The drivers respond well to tips. Every one was very nice.

Don't recommend! We prepaid months in advance for a full day pontoon. When we boarded the boat the stench was massive. After waiting for a repair to the toilet we were told it had never been drained/cleaned. They offered no replacement pontoon, wouldn't clean it until we were done, refused any compensation and returned 0 phone messages. The sales team is great, but the customer service is non-existent.

Don't waste your money!!!!! If I could give them less than one star I would. We tried to rent a jet ski. We called 45 minutes before we arrived asking if they had a jet ski available. They said yes they had plenty. I asked do we need to reserve one to make sure there's one available when we get there we're an 45 mins away. They said no don't worry about it, we have plenty. So we stop get a few little snacks and a small cooler that would fit in ski. We arrive at the marina pay the $30 to enter the park. Walk about a half a mile all the way down to the jet ski rental office. Just to be told when
