We are open Wednesday-Saturday from 4:30-8 pm for in-person dining and curbside take out orders. We are in the hospitality business and, no matter what comes our way, we've always served high-quality, delicious food and drinks in a safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment. We are confident that our restaurant is safe and will continue to operate as "normal" as possible.

So, whether dining in or taking out, you can feel confident in the service provided by our restaurant and staff. Increasing the frequency of our cleaning practices, with additional wipe downs of all surfaces including dining rooms, high touch point items and areas of the restaurant. In addition, we have upgraded to the use of hospital grade disinfectant.

In the summer of 2019, co-founders Kelsy Westwater and Danica Frost teamed up to create a down-to-earth, fine dining experience in Bayfield, Colorado. Mill Street Bistro is dedicated to providing farm-to-table cuisine with healthy portions and local ingredients. Stop by after work to enjoy a glass of wine or craft beer during Happy Hour.

Mill Street Bistro is delighted to offer private and semi-private events in our flexible spaces which can accommodate a range of party formats and sizes. A variety of custom menus are available to suit guests' needs and our spaces can be booked for lunch or dinner events Monday through Sunday. Our cozy booth alcove can seat 8 guests comfortably (10 guests if some of them are children).
