Conundrum Coffee
Our family-owned roastery started in Fort Collins, Colorado in 2012 and has continued to produce high quality, craft-roasted, specialty coffee ever since. Our small but mighty roastery places emphasis on understanding the relationship from seed to cup. Offerings range from single origin to perfectly balanced blended coffees.

Some of these include coffees from Ethiopia, Guatemala, and Mexico. Please accept our apologies, but the Conundrum Coffee Tasting Room is TEMPORARILY CLOSED to the public until further notice. HOWEVER, the Conundrum Coffee truck is open from 7-11 a.m. Tuesdays through Fridays onsite at 3720 Aldrin Drive.
