These new changes will allow patients to now select the location of their Primary Care Provider. For example, if you are a Dr. Foster patient, when you now call the Call Center, you can select the option for 1000 Broad Street, Central Falls. Selecting this option will now connect you to your Medical Primary Care team!.

Blackstone Valley Community Health Care (BVCHC) was formed in 1990 by the joining of smaller health clinics in Pawtucket and Central Falls, Rhode Island. Since that time BVCHC has expanded services and practice sites in Pawtucket and Central Falls, as well as a separate Dental facility in downtown Pawtucket.

Primary Care, Pediatrics and Women's care, Behavioral Health, Community Health and Enrollment Support Services as well Express Health! The BVCHC Board is made up of 51% users and they are representative of the community we serve.
