I don't understand how and why the director of this institution haven't do anything.. reception here lies and take the community as less. They lie in my report they lie when I set an appointment in the phone which was an emergency..my last resource is a LAWYER.

I called to schedule an appointment for severe jaw pain and was given a time 4 days later. I then struggled to locate this facility and attempted to call twice while navigating countless detours for construction with no response. I arrived 10 minutes late and then waited in line to have my temperature taken. When I finally reached the dental suite, the receptionist informed me that I only had a 10 minute window and would not be seen. I asked if there was any way to get an appointment later that day or wait around for a potential cancelation as I was in a lot of pain. Receptionist said sorry

Went in with feminine health problem. Saw Dr chandran who proceeded to give me a pregnancy test and decide that because I am overweight that of course I'm having an imbalance without testing for one
