It's very easy for us to try our best to provide tenderness and kindness to other people, but it's not so easy when it applies to us as we may think that we "don't" deserve that.

He gave an explanation of mindfulness in which he said "mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way; on purpose, in the present moment, and non judgmentally." Based on Jon Kabat Zinn's description, we know mindfulness is about being aware of your thoughts, feelings, and body sensations and bring full awareness to your internal and external experiences.

We are trained professionals. Unlike friends or family members who are unable to be objective, we are trained and are able to observe you without bias or judgment. We are able to listen to you attentively and can capture your blind spots so that you have a better understanding of your situation. In other words, the therapist is like GPS with you as the driver.
Fees
Report
I am in-network with BCBS and I am considered as an "out-of-network provider" for other insurance carriers. If your insurance is not BCBS, the services may be eligible for reimbursement through out-of-network benefits, HSA, flexible spending account, or other health care savings accounts. Treatment is on a weekly basis, but I am available to provide intensive therapy (meeting 2 or 3 times a week) to meet your needs.
