I booked a last minute Mini Retreat spa package (we're talking day of, people) and not only did they schedule me in, but they turned what was a stressful day into a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. I had the pleasure of receiving a pedicure from Kim. She was professional, knowledgeable and very kind/personable.
