The ban had been instated after a few artists and customers at a rowdy downtown tattoo parlor got the shop run out of town. Under no conditions will we provide services to anyone under the influence of drugs and alcohol. He was born overseas and spent much of his childhood in Japan which influenced his taste in pop culture and art, from Menga to street art.
