Oak Terrace Senior Communities are family owned and operated with their first assisted living opening July of 2000 in North Mankato. The two co-founders each had loved ones living in facilities in the 1990's that were less than desirable. That motivated them to design and construct their first upscale assisted living community.

We provide independent living where adults enjoy maintenance-free living, assisted living where personal care and support with daily living becomes needed and memory care for individuals with dementia and long-term memory loss.

Our dedicated, highly trained staff provides compassionate care and quality care tailored to meet the needs of each resident. There are six community rooms for residents to enjoy a high level of activity and social environment.
