While growing up in Lansing I attended Lansing Catholic Central and went on to pursue a nursing/business degree from Lansing Community College. I recently graduated as a Fellow of the American Association of Dental Office Management.

I have always enjoyed the health care profession and working with people. I chose to become a dentist because I enjoy not only the science of dentistry, but also the artistic side of this field. I take great joy in creating a beautiful smile for my patients. I graduated from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 1981 and immediately joined my father in Grand Rapids at our Burton Street office.
