Another great cruise with LBR! Ailene and Sean were super friendly and helpful, such great staff. We didn't bring them with us this time, but love that they are dog friendly too. And the boats are top notch. Quickly becoming our go-to Duffy rental location. Also awesome that they've partnered up with so many local businesses to offer enhancements to your booking!

It is hard to even select a one star rating for this company. They employ irresponsible and unprofessional teens that do not know how to speak to customers professionally. We made reservations 6 months in advance only to arrive to our scheduled reservation and be told they were "running late". Our reservation was scheduled for 6:00 and two hours later they still did not have our boats available. All the employees said was "They didn't know when it would be our time." With an unapologetic and carefree demeanor. This company does not respect the time of their customers. This company does not honor

I booked for my 25th birthday and it was a GREAT experience!!! We got to take out drinks and snacks on the boat. We did ride during COVID time so it was 10 of us but we still had a BLAST It was perfect

After renting one of the Duffy boats I was extremely disappointed with the service from the front reception and the steering of the Duffy was very difficult to control. The boat was very loud and not a smooth ride. Also bring your own speaker if youd like to listen to music the sound system in the boat did not work either. I would not recommend renting a Duffy boat to see the Christmas lights the front desk receptionist inform me that I could not drive through Naples to see the Christmas lights after I planned my evening to see the Christmas lights in Naples three months in advance.

New Year's Eve experience:
Super fun! I really liked how easy it was all the way through, from check-in to drop-off. It's a really relaxing experience floating around (you're limited to 5mph max with this boat). Could be pretty romantic as a date idea too! Note even if you're coming on New Year's Eve, you won't be able to see much, if any, fireworks around this area so don't expect that on your trip. But you'll get to see the "Christmas trees" floating around which was a pretty sight to see. Like others have said, you'll be fine even without
