My name is Deborah Salina. I am a classically trained pianist offering private piano lessons, for all ages and all levels of study, in Ellicott City, Maryland (of Howard County), southwest of Baltimore, close to Columbia, Catonsville, and Elkridge. I began taking lessons at five, played in several performances, and started entering and placing in competitions in my teens. I auditioned for several choral groups in High School, sang in them all, and was selected as the primary accompanist. I attended Peabody Conservatory of Music in Baltimore, graduated with a Baccalaureate in Music for Piano Performance, and have been teaching and playing ever since.

The National Guild of Piano Teachers allows me to enter my students in the National Piano Playing Auditions each spring. Based on the student's level - Elementary A-F, Intermediate A-F, Preparatory A-D, or Advanced A-D - I plan curriculum for the year, and help each individual prepare several pieces and technical studies.
Studio Procedures and Prices

Piano lessons are given at the studio, which is located in Ellicott City, Maryland. I may be reached there on 410-812-1991. Anyone interested in taking lessons may call to see if I have openings and find a mutually convenient time. The first payment is due at the first lesson. Subsequent payments are due monthly, in advance, at the lesson before the first of each month.
