This non-invasive service includes the inspection of visible and readily accessible systems such as: interior and exterior structure, roofing systems, HVAC including duct work, plumbing, and electrical systems. This service also includes an inspection for evidence of wood destroying fungi and wood destroying insects.
Ten Tips to Speed Up Your Inspection

Confirm that the water, electrical and gas services are turned on, and that gas pilot lights are lit. Replace burned-out light bulbs to avoid a "light is inoperable" report that may suggest an electrical problem. Unlock any locked areas that I, your home inspector, must access, such as the attic door or hatch, the door to the basement/crawlspace, and any exterior gates.
