Christian did a fantastic job. We had a different provider (one of the very large name brands) try and fail to solve our rat problems after a long and painful process. Critterstop was communicative, timely, much more cost effective, and actually solved our rodent issues. I am very pleased with their work and highly recommend them.

I couldn't recommend Critter Stop enough for all their patience and work. I had a squirrel problem under the roof and they came out and took care of them. In the middle of the process I had bees move into where the squirrels had made a hole. They were able to recommend a bee service to remove them before they could finish. Christian came out and removed the one way door along with patching the existing hole. Christian was very professional a perfect example of who I'd want working for my company. I recommend Critter Stop 100% and will be a repeat customer for years to come.

My family and I had a very good experience using Critter Stop to address the possum that was trying to setup house in my attic. They came out within 24 hours of my call, gave me a fair quote, then did exactly what they promised. Crews were polite and thorough. Just a phenomenal job, I saw rats were getting into the garage and making there way to the attic! The team came out and gave me a detailed explanation of what is going on, and the different solutions. They were very friendly and take the time to listen to you. With in a few days they came over and closed all the entry points and came back multiple times to check on if there was more activity! Completely satisfied with the service

My experience overall was top notch. Nicholas, an employee, was diligent and professional. His craftsmanship was up to par with the company's high standards. Chisam, the owner, showed great leadership and business ethics throughout the process. The preventative maintenance, carpentry repairs, and insulation removal throughout the attics were done perfectly by Nicholas. The spray foam insulation was a great delight to have installed, as part of the process, by CritterStop. The lifetime warranty is an added bonus to the confidence I have in this company.

Chisam came to our home today. Professional, on time and VERY helpful. He identified where the racoons were coming into the attic and made suggestions what we could to to eliminate the problem. Hopefully this will be our last trapping for our current occupant (this will be #8). I highly recommend CritterStop. Give them a call if you have Critter issues.

The staff at Critter stop have been so helpful during the holiday season the set traps and inspected the interior and exterior before holidays then went out of their way to work around our schedule to come back out to check traps. One critter was caught and they disposed of it just in time for guests to arrive this evening. Jarrod was especially nice and professional! Thank you guys !

I am SO pleased with Critter Stop's service. Chisam came out promptly to assess, and was able to schedule service the same week (week of Thanksgiving). And he was even kind enough to get rid of a half decomposed squirrel that he found during the assessment. They fully repaired/covered tons of entry spots for the squirrel/rat problem we were having. They were EXTREMELY thorough - from roof turbines to gaps in the garage door. The price is very competitive, after comparing notes with some friends that have had the same service done at their house w/ other companies.

A dead rodent is never a fun thing to deal with but from the initial call, Critter Stop was nothing short of professional, prompt and courteous. The level of customer service was just exceptional. Great company! Came out and identified the areas where squirrels were getting in our attic and came up with a multistage plan to remedy the situation. From repairing the access points, disinfecting the ares and removing and replacing our old insulation in the attic his team worked efficiently and the quality of work is outstanding!

I selected Critter Stop from their other online reviews. Their service was excellent. They arrived on time for their initial inspection of the problem and set up a time for the following week. They also showed up the following week on time to perform the work. The price was exactly as quoted and their work was very thorough. They even went and match our existing house paint to complete their job. I would highly recommend them and use them again if needed.

Chris performed my inspection today and was courteous and completely professional. Not only did Chris immediately tell me that I didn't have the rodent problem that another company reported, he thoroughly checked all entry points of my home and attic to confirm. At this point, I'm breathing a huge sigh of relief but it gets even better...Chris offers to install metal flashing on my garage door tracks as an EXTRA precaution!
