We look forward to meeting you and aim to make your initial visit as seamless as possible. We request that you arrive 20 minutes early for your first appointment to allow adequate time to complete the required paperwork. If you prefer, you can complete much of the paperwork prior to your arrival. Three days before your appointment we will text or email you a link so you can complete your paperwork in advance.
