Southgate Village is a Family-owned 55+ Mobile Home & R.V. Community located 2 miles from the Atlantic ocean and centrally located in the heart of Vero Beach. Our families have owned the park for over 65 years and three generations. We have senior residents from all over the United States and Canada, enjoying an Active Senior Lifestyle, in our community.
Our residents own their mobile homes and pay a monthly lot rent. We have different rent prices for different lot sizes. Average lot rate is $650 and include lawn care, sewer-septic, garbage pick-up, and rights to all amenities. All new residents will need to complete a background check. Southgate has as a no pet policy.

This is a 55+ mobile home Park which has recently added several RV sites. I stayed in lot 54 which is a pull through that can accommodate a longer unit,
Mine was 36 plus toad. Fit perfectly. Concrete slab for outdoor seating. Nice facilities with a laundry mat, swimming pool and shuffle boards.
Staff is extremely friendly and easy going. Only issue I had was with train nearby rolling through town at 4 am each day.
